GAGLIARDI Francesco
He graduated with honors in Mechanical Engineering, he was a Ph.D student at the Department of Mechanical Engineering–University of Calabria. He was research Fellow from January 2007 to December 2015. He was Visiting Scholar at the Ohio State University with Prof. Rajiv Shivpuri (10 months), Visiting Researcher at the Universidad de Zaragoza with Prof. Elias Cueto (6 months) and at the Technische Universität Dortmund with Prof. Erman Tekkaya (12 months). In addition, as a more experienced researcher he received a a Marie Curie Fellowship in two European projects for a total of six months at Siemens PLM in Leuven (Belgium). In detail, his research is focused on numerical simulations and experimental tests of different manufacturing processes. He is Associate Professor for SSD ING/IND 16 since January 2019.
