FILICE Luigino
He received his PhD in “Manufacturing Engineering” at the University of Palermo in 2000. He became Assistant Professor in 1999 at the University of Calabria where he obtained full professorship in 2013. Prof. Filice is an associate member of the International Academy for Production Engineering (CIRP) and member of the European Scientifi c Association for Material Forming (ESAFORM). His research activities mainly focus on the investigation of innovative manufacturing processes. In recent years he served as the president of the course of Management Engineering, the head of the Quality Assurance Offi ce and, from 2014, as vice-chancellor in charge of student services.
